Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver impactful 1:1 therapy sessions that transform patient lives in the brand new 42-bed IP Rehab unit
Utilize cutting-edge therapy equipment to optimize patient recovery and outcomes
Collaborate with the rehab team to create personalized treatment plans
Document progress meticulously in Meditech to ensure seamless care continuity
Apply your rehab expertise primarily within the IP Rehab unit to make a real difference

Qualifications

Active FL state license
Minimum 6 months experience in acute care, SNF, or IP Rehab unit
2+ years overall experience preferred
IP Rehab unit experience a big plus

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Strong critical thinking to tackle complex rehab challenges
Excellent problem-solving for creative patient solutions
Efficient time management to maximize therapy impact
Flexibility with weekend shifts if needed
Proficiency with therapy equipment and Meditech documentation
