Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to emergency patients, making a real difference in high-stakes moments
Assess and triage incoming cases with speed and precision
Collaborate with a dynamic team to stabilize and treat diverse conditions
Monitor patient progress and advocate for the best outcomes
Maintain a calm, efficient environment during the busiest nights

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
TN or compact state RN license preferred

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency triage and rapid response
Strong IV and medication administration skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with confidence
Excellent communication for patient and team coordination
