Shift Type: Every other or every third weekend, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to PCU patients during critical night hours
Monitor and assess patient conditions with precision and empathy
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Advocate for patients and their families every step of the way
Maintain accurate documentation to ensure seamless care continuity

Qualifications

Active RN license in Michigan or compact state
BLS and ACLS certifications
Recent PCU or progressive care experience preferred
Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills
Excellent communication with patients and colleagues
Proficiency in PCU-specific protocols and telemetry monitoring
Adaptability to fast-paced night shift environment
