Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care during labor and delivery to create unforgettable moments
Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal status using advanced EFM equipment
Assist with C-sections, PIT, magnesium drips, and other critical procedures
Collaborate seamlessly with a dedicated team of 5-6 RNs per shift
Deliver exceptional patient experiences that make a real difference

Qualifications

Active RN license with minimum 1-2 years acute care hospital L&D experience
Current BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
EFM-C or AWHONN certification required
Ready to jump into high-acuity 1:1 to 1:3 patient ratios

Education

RN licensure from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in Labor & Delivery nursing
Proficiency with Meditech EMR and EFM equipment like TOCCO and Novii
Familiarity with procedures including C-sections, ECV, and cerclage placement
Strong teamwork and communication for exceptional patient care
Bonus points for precepting, CEFM, or RNC-OB
