Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Nights and days, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM or 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, alternating weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional care to labor and delivery patients bringing new life into the world
Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal status with precision using advanced equipment
Assist in C-sections, SVDs, cerclages and TOLACs making every delivery memorable
Collaborate with a dedicated team maintaining 1:2 patient ratios for quality care
Utilize cutting-edge tools like Novii, JADA and IUPC to ensure optimal outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 1 year of L&D experience, preferably 2+ years
Must-have certifications: EFM, ACLS, BLS, NRP, SVE competency and C-Section circulation
Team player with a positive attitude ready to thrive in a high-volume Level IV unit

Education

RN licensure required, BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in internal monitor placement
Proficiency with Meditech EMR
Experience with fetal monitoring equipment like IUPC, FSE and Toco
Familiarity with high-acuity L&D procedures
Previous HCA experience is a plus
