Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts including weekends, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC and day shifts

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate postpartum care to new mothers and babies making those first days magical
Monitor patient conditions closely ensuring safety and comfort in a 24-bed unit
Administer treatments like non-stress tests, magnesium and heparin drips with precision
Collaborate with a tight-knit team of RNs and charge nurses for outstanding outcomes
Manage patient ratios of 3:1 or 4:1 delivering personalized attention
Utilize Meditech EMR to document care seamlessly

Qualifications

Active RN license ready for adventure
BLS certification required
At least 1 year of nursing experience
Teamwork mindset and strong communication skills
Previous L/D or Antepartum experience preferred to hit the ground running

Education

RN licensure with relevant nursing education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in postpartum and antepartum nursing
Proficiency with Meditech and CPN EMR systems
Skilled in managing hyperemesis, insulin drips and more
Great communicator who thrives in team environments
