Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Day shift, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM with 2 call shifts per month

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform routine CT scans and diagnostic X-ray procedures to provide critical insights for emergency patients
Operate state-of-the-art GE 64 Slice CT, digital X-ray, and portable X-ray equipment with precision
Deliver high-quality imaging in a fast-paced free-standing ED environment
Document accurately using Meditech system to ensure seamless patient care
Work independently as the sole tech per shift, making a real impact on patient outcomes

Qualifications

ARRT Rad Tech Certification required
SCQRSA Certification (SC Rad Tech license) required
CT certification preferred with solid CT experience required
BLS certification
At least 2 years of experience in CT and diagnostic radiology

Education

Completion of accredited Radiologic Technology program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in CT and diagnostic radiology
Expertise with GE 64 Slice CT, GE Digital X-ray, and GE portable X-ray
Comfortable with Meditech documentation system
Ability to thrive independently in a busy ED setting
