Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour night shifts, 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care during labor and vaginal deliveries
Circulate confidently in C-sections and support high-risk obstetric patients
Monitor fetal well-being using advanced GE fetal monitoring systems
Collaborate seamlessly with physicians, midwives, and doulas
Provide compassionate couplet care for mom and baby
Handle procedures like cerclages, versions, D&Cs, and epidurals with expertise

Qualifications

Active RN license
Minimum 2 years of acute care hospital L&D experience
Current NRP, BLS, ACLS certifications
EFM-C or AWHONN certification
Comfort with unblocked/unepiduralized patients a plus

Education

RN degree from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in Labor & Delivery and acute care
Strong fetal monitoring and electronic fetal monitoring skills
Teamwork with physicians, midwives, and doulas
Mom/Baby and couplet care experience
Proficiency with GE fetal monitors, CPN, and Meditech EMR
