Roles & Responsibilities

Treat patients with movement dysfunction or pain to boost their ability to handle daily tasks and enhance independence
Reduce fall risks and adverse events while aiding recovery from surgery for better patient outcomes
Meticulously document evaluations, progress notes, discharges, and all patient care details
Communicate effectively with providers, insurance companies, patients, and rehab staff
Keep treatment areas spotless by assisting with cleaning, laundry, and bathroom maintenance
Jump in on other duties as needed to support the team

Qualifications

Physical Therapist license in Wisconsin
Experience in outpatient or rehab settings preferred
Strong passion for helping patients regain mobility and independence

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy
State licensure as a Physical Therapist

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in pain management and fall risk reduction
Skilled in discharge planning and functional mobility improvement
Excellent documentation and communication abilities
Team-oriented with a willingness to pitch in on daily tasks
