Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients under orders from the referring physician, delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care.
Develop individualized treatment programs using a variety of therapeutic procedures and modalities to restore strength, range of motion, coordination, and alignment.
Apply therapeutic modalities and hands-on techniques to control pain and improve movement and function.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes and independence.
Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely to support continuity of care.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and communicate with referring physicians to ensure coordinated patient management.
Practice in full accordance with the California State Practice Act and facility policies to ensure safe, ethical care.

Qualifications

Current CA Physical Therapist License (required)
Ability to evaluate patients and develop effective treatment plans based on physician orders
Familiarity with therapeutic modalities, range of motion therapy, muscle strengthening, pain management, and functional mobility rehabilitation
Strong documentation and communication skills to coordinate care with physicians and the care team
Willingness to work full-time day shifts

Knowledge & Skills

Physical Therapy assessment and patient evaluation
Therapeutic modalities and manual therapy techniques
Treatment planning and progression
Range of motion therapy and muscle strengthening
Pain management strategies
Functional mobility and rehabilitation approaches
Patient education and safety-focused interventions
