Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure patients' drug therapy needs are expertly met through clinical pharmacy services
Oversee accurate drug distribution to support seamless patient care
Educate and teach healthcare teams and patients on vital medication information
Handle administrative duties to keep operations running smoothly
Conduct meaningful research to advance pharmacy practices
Maintain strict compliance with all state and federal regulations

Qualifications

Active pharmacist license in good standing
Hospital pharmacy experience required, not retail
Self-directed with excellent communication skills

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in unit dose and IV admixtures
Strong computer skills for efficient pharmacy systems
Expertise in technical and clinical pharmacy practices
