Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on orthopedic therapy focusing on shoulders, elbows, and wrists
- Help patients recover from tendonitis, fractures, and post-surgical repairs
- Provide compassionate care across acute inpatient, rehab, and outpatient settings
- Create personalized treatment plans that restore function and independence
- Collaborate with rehab aides and the care team to optimize patient outcomes
- Document progress using ReDoc and Meditech systems
Qualifications
- Current Oregon Occupational Therapy license required
- BLS certification
- Strong background in outpatient orthopedic therapy, especially upper extremity
- Experience treating shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow conditions
- Lymphedema training is a plus
