Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire your ICU nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care
- Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth unit workflow
- Mentor staff and foster professional growth opportunities
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
- Implement quality improvement initiatives that make a real difference
Qualifications
- Active California RN license required
- ICU nursing experience with proven leadership skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- BLS and ACLS certifications preferred

- Critical care nursing expertise
- Team leadership and staff development
- Quality improvement and patient safety practices
- Regulatory compliance and documentation standards
