Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with 24/7 on-call for after-hours, weekends, and holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee both the Cath Lab and ICU departments with passion and expertise
Build a positive, supportive culture that empowers nursing staff to deliver exceptional care
Mentor and enhance nursing competencies while fostering professional growth
Coordinate pre-procedure, recovery, and bedside procedural support with moderate sedation
Ensure safe titration of vasoactive drips and manage complex critical care patients
Collaborate across departments as a helping hand when needed, strengthening the entire care team

Qualifications

Active RN license with 3 years of nursing experience and 1 year of management experience
1 year of clinical leadership experience required
Current ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC, and CRRT competency
Strong background in critical care, telemetry, and vasoactive drip management
Fluoro license preferred for technical staff support

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in cardiac, vascular, EP, and interventional radiology procedures
Skilled in managing ICU patients with complex diagnoses including sepsis, DKA, STEMI, and COPD exacerbations
Proficient with ventilators, CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen systems
Comfortable reading and confirming telemetry strips every 4 hours
Experience building team culture and enhancing nursing competencies
