Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate individual, group, and family psychotherapy to support client recovery
Provide emergency mental health services with quick thinking and care
Offer information, referral, and consumer support to empower those in need
Conduct community education and consultation to promote mental wellness
Use expert judgment to handle multifaceted services with minimal supervision

Qualifications

Washington State licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, LICSW or MHP
At least two years experience treating consumers in mental health programs
Meet WAC 246-341-0515 requirements for specialties like children, elderly, or emergency services

Education

Masters Degree in behavioral science, nursing sciences, social work, or related field from an accredited college or university

Knowledge & Skills

Mental health therapeutic techniques
Direct client services
Community issues impacting mental health
Good judgment and minimal supervision capabilities
