Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver top-notch mammography imaging procedures with precision and care
Operate women's health radiology section ensuring smooth daily operations
Suggest improvements in procedures and quality while coordinating training in breast imaging
Adhere strictly to FDA guidelines and maintain accreditation records
Practice radiation safety following ALARA standards
Verify patient identities, educate on exams, and document histories accurately
Troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain supply inventory independently
Assist in other modalities and clerical duties to support the team

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
ARRT registration in Radiology (R) and Mammography (M)
Current BLS certification or obtain within 90 days
At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US
Pass background check, drug screen, and complete Employee Health meeting

Education

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program

Knowledge & Skills

Advanced mammography imaging and radiologic procedures
Radiation safety and ALARA standards
Equipment operation and troubleshooting
PACS, RIS/HIS, and electronic health records
Cross-training in CT, MRI, DEXA, and other modalities
