Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care with professionalism and empathy
Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely per orders
Perform thorough assessments, document findings, and communicate changes in condition
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and communicate clearly with families
Monitor vital signs and intervene or escalate as needed to ensure resident safety
Assist with activities of daily living and support resident comfort and dignity
Follow infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies consistently
Participate in shift handoffs and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (LPN/LVN) required
Current CPR/BLS certification required
Proof of immunizations and TB testing per facility policy
Clear background check and drug screen as part of onboarding
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred; new grads welcome to apply

Education

Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program (LPN/LVN certificate)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong medication administration and documentation skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical setting
Basic clinical assessment skills and ability to recognize changes in condition
Commitment to resident-centered care and infection prevention
