Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and support daily living needs
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Perform timely patient assessments and communicate changes to the care team
Document patient status and care activities clearly and promptly
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other staff to deliver coordinated care
Support a respectful, resident-centered environment that promotes dignity

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Comfortable with medication administration, charting, and basic assessments
Previous experience in skilled nursing/long-term care preferred but not required
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (LPN)

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
Familiarity with infection control and safety protocols
Experience with electronic charting or willingness to learn EMR systems
Ability to work collaboratively and prioritize patient needs
