Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert care to trauma and burn patients in a cutting-edge 30-bed BTICU
Manage critical procedures like wound care, codes, EVDs and MTP with precision
Collaborate with a dynamic team of 85 staff using advanced critical care equipment
Monitor and support 2:1 ICU ratios while adapting to patient census needs
Contribute to life-saving interventions in a fast-paced Trauma and Burn ICU environment

Qualifications

Active RN license
Minimum 1 year of experience
Must have Trauma, Burn and Surgical ICU experience
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Team player eager to help others and ask questions
Preferred: BSN and CCRN certification

Education

BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with Meditech EMR
Expertise in critical care equipment and technology
Skilled in high-stakes procedures including wound care and codes
Excellent critical thinking under pressure
Team-oriented with great communication
