Shift Type: Full-time, 3x12 hour night shifts per week, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, rotating weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery
Monitor fetal heart rates and manage high-risk situations with confidence
Assist in C-sections, inductions, and OB emergencies like shoulder dystocia and hemorrhage
Transition newborns smoothly while providing couplet care
Collaborate with a seasoned team to create positive birth experiences
Perform daily patient rounding to ensure safety and satisfaction

Qualifications

RN license in good standing
2+ years of labor and delivery experience
BLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring training required
Comfort handling inductions with Pitocin and Cervidil
Experience with OB emergencies preferred

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in fetal monitoring and central monitoring systems
Proficiency with Meditech documentation and unit equipment like IV pumps and infant warmers
Strong skills in C-sections, vacuum/forceps deliveries, and newborn assessments
Team player mindset ready to float and support colleagues
