Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and manage medical telemetry for 36-bed medicine unit, ensuring patient safety
Deliver compassionate care in a fast-paced environment, making real impact on lives
Collaborate with a supportive team of 50+ staff including charge nurses and CNAs
Prepare patients for procedures like Endoscopy, IR, and OR with precision
Utilize cutting-edge equipment like Cerner EMR and remote telemetry monitoring
Float to sister med-surg units to broaden your expertise and help where needed most

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 2 years of experience
BLS certification required, CMSRN encouraged
Medical Telemetry proficiency is a must
BSN preferred along with leadership or charge nurse experience

Education

BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in medical telemetry and patient monitoring
Proficiency with Cerner EMR and workstation on wheels technology
Strong team collaboration in high-volume med-surg settings
Compassionate communication for diverse patient needs
