Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to geriatric patients, enhancing their quality of life
Assist with personal hygiene and mobility to promote independence
Monitor vital signs and report changes to ensure optimal health
Foster a safe and nurturing environment for residents
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional support

Qualifications

Active GNA certification in Maryland
Genuine passion for geriatric care
Reliable and compassionate demeanor
Basic healthcare experience preferred

Education

GNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals
Hygiene and mobility assistance
Vital signs monitoring
Effective communication with residents and team
