Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the NICU team with confidence and compassion, ensuring top-notch patient care
Oversee daily operations and mentor fellow nurses to deliver exceptional outcomes
Coordinate care for our tiniest patients, making a real difference in their lives
Foster a positive, collaborative environment that supports growth and excellence

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
NICU experience required
Leadership experience to thrive as charge nurse
BLS certification
DCI/BVP certification

Education

RN degree from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong NICU expertise
Proven leadership abilities
Excellent clinical judgment
Team collaboration and communication
