Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents, helping them thrive
Assist with personal hygiene and mobility to promote independence
Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly
Support activities of daily living with a positive attitude
Collaborate with the care team to deliver exceptional outcomes

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in North Carolina
Current BLS certification preferred
Genuine passion for helping others
Reliable and team-oriented mindset

Education

CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care fundamentals
Excellent communication and empathy
Attention to detail in daily tasks
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
