Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 40 hours per week, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, schedule to be reviewed during interview

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct physical therapy evaluations and craft personalized plans of care
Assist with rounds and care conferences to optimize patient outcomes
Collaborate closely with the rehab team on progress, equipment and discharge planning
Deliver therapy in patient rooms, hallways, outdoor spaces and the state-of-the-art rehab gym
Float between acute, swing, nursing home and outpatient services as needed to make real impact

Qualifications

Active NC Physical Therapy license
CPR certification
At least 2 years of experience, preferably 3+ in medical settings including hospital or nursing home

Education

Physical Therapy degree with NC licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Hospital and nursing home setting experience
Proficiency with Cerner and NetHealth documentation systems
Strong team communication for patient progress updates
Adaptability across acute, swing bed, nursing home and outpatient rehab environments
