Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Dispense medications accurately and efficiently to improve patient outcomes
Counsel patients and healthcare providers on safe medication use
Monitor drug therapies to ensure optimal therapeutic results
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional pharmacy care
Manage inventory and compounding to support hospital operations seamlessly

Qualifications

Active Pharmacist license in good standing
At least 1 year of clinical pharmacy experience
BLS certification preferred
Strong attention to detail and patient-focused mindset

Education

PharmD from an accredited pharmacy school

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in hospital pharmacy operations
Proficiency in medication safety protocols
Excellent communication for patient counseling
Ability to thrive in fast-paced night shift environments
