Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the NICU team with confidence and compassion during night shifts
Oversee patient care for our tiniest fighters, ensuring top-notch outcomes
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional neonatal care
Mentor and support fellow nurses, fostering a positive and efficient unit environment
Monitor and respond to critical situations swiftly and effectively

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
NICU experience with proven leadership skills
BLS certification
DCI/BVP certification

Education

RN degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in NICU patient care
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Proficiency in neonatal assessments and interventions
