Roles & Responsibilities

Perform vital lab tests to deliver accurate diagnostics that impact patient care
Analyze specimens with precision to support physicians in life-saving decisions
Maintain cutting-edge lab equipment ensuring seamless operations
Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide rapid, reliable results
Adhere to strict safety protocols protecting patients and colleagues alike

Qualifications

MLT (ASCP) or MLS (ASCP) certification required
BLS certification
Valid state license with verification
Experience in medical laboratory techniques welcomed

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in clinical lab procedures and specimen handling
Proficiency with lab information systems and analyzers
Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
Knowledge of quality control and safety standards
