Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional speech-language pathology therapy to improve patient outcomes
Assess and treat communication and swallowing disorders with compassion
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans
Educate patients and families to empower lasting recovery
Document progress meticulously to track meaningful advancements

Qualifications

Active SLP license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
CCC-SLP certification preferred
BLS certification required
Passionate about helping patients regain their voice

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in dysphagia and aphasia management
Strong bedside manner and patient rapport skills
Proficiency with therapy documentation systems
Adaptability in fast-paced hospital environments
Excellent communication for team collaboration
