Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct thorough PT evaluations to create personalized treatment plans
Deliver hands-on therapy sessions that restore mobility and independence
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Utilize mobility equipment and Meditech EMR to track progress effectively
Help patients across all floors regain strength in a 253-bed acute care setting

Qualifications

Valid Florida PT license
MPT or DPT degree from an accredited program
At least 1 year of acute care experience
Collaborative and outgoing personality with stellar communication skills

Education

MPT or DPT degree from an accredited college or university

Knowledge & Skills

Acute care physical therapy expertise
Meditech EMR proficiency preferred
ICU experience a plus
Patient-focused approach with 75% productivity standard
