Shift Type: Rotating shifts, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM NOC including weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to ICU patients making a real difference in their recovery
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans
Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
Advocate for patients and families during challenging times
Maintain accurate documentation to ensure seamless continuity of care

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
Proficiency with ICU-specific equipment and protocols
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
