Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional occupational therapy to empower patients in their recovery journeys
Develop personalized treatment plans that make real differences in daily living skills
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques for lasting independence
Document progress with precision to track every meaningful milestone

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in therapy settings
BLS certification preferred
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

Education

Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and intervention skills for diverse patient needs
Excellent communication to build trust and rapport
Proficiency in therapeutic modalities and adaptive equipment
Adaptability to thrive in dynamic travel assignments
