Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to cardiovascular surgery patients, making a real difference in their recovery journeys
Monitor vital signs and assess post-operative needs with precision and compassion
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and surgical success
Administer medications and treatments tailored to each patient's unique cardiovascular profile
Educate patients and families on recovery plans, empowering them towards stronger hearts and healthier lives

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, ideally in cardiovascular surgery
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong clinical skills and a passion for critical care

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in cardiovascular surgical procedures and post-op care
Proficiency with telemetry monitoring and hemodynamic assessments
Excellent communication and teamwork in high-stakes environments
Adaptability to fast-paced hospital settings
