Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care and ensure patient safety
Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner
Monitor and record patient vitals and communicate changes to the care team
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and support staff to coordinate excellent care
Document nursing interventions clearly and maintain accurate patient records
Assist patients with activities of daily living and promote independence
Participate in patient and family education to support recovery and wellness

Qualifications

Active LPN license (Pennsylvania preferred)
Current CPR/BLS certification
Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment and collaborating with a team
Prior experience in long-term care or acute care is a plus
Ability to pass background checks and meet facility credentialing requirements

Education

LPN diploma or certificate
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient assessment and clinical observation skills
Medication administration and documentation
Familiarity with electronic health records and charting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Time management and ability to prioritize patient needs
Basic wound care and infection control practices
