Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate nursing care to clinic patients following established standards
Serve as the key liaison between patients, staff, and providers
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to address patient needs effectively
Take vital signs accurately and triage patient calls with care
Refill prescriptions and handle prior authorizations efficiently
Support your team of co-workers to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

Current State LPN license
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program

Education

Graduate of a Nursing Program
Follows current standards for continuing education per State/Federal licensure requirements

Knowledge & Skills

Taking vital signs
Triage patient calls
Refill prescriptions
Prior authorizations
Team support and collaboration
