Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents as an LPN
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
Assess and record patient conditions, vital signs, and changes in status
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized care plans
Document interventions and resident responses clearly in the medical record
Actively participate in shift handoffs to ensure continuity of care
Support residents and families with empathy, respect, and clear communication

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — active and unrestricted license required
Experience as an LPN in long-term care or similar settings is a plus
Comfortable working 12+ hour day shifts and flexible to facility scheduling
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or ability to obtain upon hire (if required by facility)
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program or equivalent training

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Skilled in resident assessment, documentation, and care planning
Familiarity with electronic medical record charting and accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced care environment
Compassionate patient interaction and effective teamwork
