Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care consistent with facility policies
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes in condition promptly
Support activities of daily living and promote resident dignity and independence
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with infection control standards
Participate in shift handoffs and communicate effectively with colleagues and families

Qualifications

Current LPN license (Pennsylvania license preferred or ability to obtain)
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Clinical experience in long-term care or similar settings preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings

Education

Diploma or certificate in Practical Nursing (LPN) or equivalent vocational training

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Vital sign assessment and basic clinical monitoring
Understanding of long-term care workflows and resident care
Electronic medical record (EMR) navigation and charting
Infection prevention and control procedures
Patient-focused care and strong interpersonal skills
