Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
Monitor vital signs, interpret telemetry, and respond to changes in patient condition
Administer medications, IV therapies, and manage ventilators
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary team
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in the EMR

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California (or compact license)
Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience required
Current ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA preferred)
DCI/BVP certification preferred
Successful completion of Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam and Rhythm Interpretation Screening
Negative drug screen and background check

Knowledge & Skills

Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
Proficient in ventilator management and arterial line monitoring
Knowledge of cardiac rhythms and ACLS protocols
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Comfortable with fast-paced, high-acuity environment
