Location: King City, California

Start Date: 06-22-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Sunday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 8-hour shifts, may be required to work every other Saturday

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide clinical oversight and leadership for the Occupational Therapy Department
Directly supervise certified Occupational Therapy assistants and Rehabilitation Technicians
Coordinate clinical education and competency programs for therapy staff
Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and professional standards
Maintain and update the Occupational Therapy policy and procedure manual
Evaluate and treat patients while balancing administrative duties
Support program development and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapy license in California
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in rehabilitation therapy
Strong clinical skills with ability to treat patients directly
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities

Patient evaluation and treatment planning
Regulatory compliance and documentation standards
