Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM start with variable end times, plus call rotation
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $98 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during surgical procedures as directed
- Provide first assistant support across ortho, robotics, neuro, GYN, urology, vascular, and general surgery cases
- Float between campuses as needed to support patient care
- Respond to call within 30 minutes when scheduled
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- RNFA certification or equivalent experience
- Experience in ortho, robotics, neuro, and GYN specialties
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of Cerner EMR
- Skilled in robotic-assisted procedures
- Comfortable scrubbing when required
- Flexible and adaptable to varying case volumes
