Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop personalized therapy plans that make a real difference in patients' lives
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and families to deliver exceptional care
- Document progress and adjust treatment strategies to achieve the best outcomes
- Float to Mercy Medical Center Redding when needed to support the broader care team
Qualifications
- Active California Speech Language Pathologist license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Assessment and treatment of speech and language disorders
- Swallowing evaluation and therapy techniques
- Patient education and family training
- Electronic medical record documentation
