Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
- Evaluate and treat approximately 12 patients per day with a focus on orthopedic conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide flexible coverage in acute inpatient settings when needed to support the broader rehab department
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress with patients and referring providers
Qualifications
- Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (can be obtained after submission)
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required
- BLS certification required
- Acute inpatient experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Comfortable treating a wide variety of diagnoses in a small-town setting
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong outpatient orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload while delivering personalized care
- Flexibility to assist with acute inpatient coverage when needed
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to pitch in across settings
