Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on orthopedic therapy for shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow injuries
- Deliver upper extremity rehabilitation to help patients regain strength and mobility
- Treat a variety of diagnoses including CVA, MS, and head injuries alongside orthopedic cases
- Document patient progress using ReDoc for outpatient and Meditech for acute settings
- Collaborate with rehab aides and the care team to support patient recovery goals
Qualifications
- Current Oregon Occupational Therapy license required
- BLS certification
- Outpatient orthopedic experience with focus on upper extremity therapy
- Experience treating shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis or fractures
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
- Upper extremity therapy expertise
- Lymphedema training is a plus
- Comfortable with both acute inpatient and outpatient settings
