Rad Tech
Location: Silverdale, Washington
Start Date: 06-22-2026
End Date: 09-21-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Mix of 10-hour and 12-hour shifts for both days and nights, schedule posted at least 2 weeks in advance, weekend and holiday requirements vary based on needs, occasional call with 45-minute response time
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform all General X-ray, Fluoroscopy, and OR exams with precision and care
- Float between General X-ray, Fluoroscopy, OR, ED, and Portables to support patient needs across the facility
- Capture 80-100 imaging studies per 24-hour period while maintaining high-quality standards
- Utilize EPIC EMR and SECTRA PACS systems to document and manage patient imaging records
- Operate GE and Shimadzu X-ray equipment, GE Fluoroscopy rooms, GE portables, and OEC C-Arms confidently
- Provide compassionate imaging services to patients in the ED and during portable exams
Qualifications
- ARRT RT (R) certification required
- Current BLS certification required
- Must have own lead markers
- Radiation badge required prior to starting assignment
- Must have OR experience
- License in hand at time of submittal
Knowledge & Skills
- General X-ray imaging techniques
- Fluoroscopy procedures
- OR exam proficiency
- EPIC EMR and SECTRA PACS systems
- GE, Shimadzu, and OEC imaging equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and patient care focus
