Location: Silverdale, Washington

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Full-time night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, including weekends and one holiday
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert respiratory care to mostly adult patients with occasional pediatric cases
- Manage ventilators and bubble CPAP for neonates 32 weeks and up in a strong level 2 nursery
- Draw ABGs and set up BiPAP and ventilator treatments
- Administer nebulizer treatments and assist with conscious sedation and cardioversion
- Assist with intubations and deliver high-quality care across inpatient units
Qualifications
- Active Washington RT License required
- RRT or CRT certification accepted
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Strong NICU experience with bubble CPAP competency
- Ventilator skills and ability to care for neonates 32 weeks and up
Knowledge & Skills
- Ventilator management with PB 980, Philips V60, and Respironics Lumis equipment
- Bubble CPAP and BiPAP setup
- ABG draws and nebulizer treatments
- Conscious sedation and cardioversion standby support
- Team collaboration with lead therapist on every shift
