Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide expert circulating support across Neurosurgery, ENT, Orthopedic, GYN, General Surgery, and Da Vinci Robotics cases
• Collaborate closely with surgeons and OR techs to ensure seamless procedures in a 7-suite department
• Adapt quickly to varied daily surgical schedules while maintaining the highest safety standards
• Float to Pre/Post op, PACU, or ER trauma when needed to support patient care across the facility
• Mentor colleagues by sharing experiences and contributing to a culture of continuous learning
• Maintain strict compliance with facility policies including the artificial nail prohibition in patient care areas

Qualifications

• Active RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong experience in Neuro procedures plus proficiency across all major surgical service lines
• Ability to pass an open-book skills exam with a 90 percent score during orientation
• Valid driver's license to verify compliance with the 50-mile radius rule
• Willingness to work a 13-week assignment starting June 22, 2026

• Comprehensive knowledge of OR procedures across multiple specialties
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
• Flexibility to handle varied case types each day
