Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide specialized, compassionate care to neonates in a Level III NICU
- Monitor and manage ventilators and central lines for critically ill newborns
- Collaborate with OB/GYNs, Neonatologists, and Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists
- Float to Mother-Baby and L&D units to support newborn transitions and well-baby care
- Follow AWHONN/NANN staffing guidelines to deliver safe, high-quality care
- Serve as a safety advocate when floating to other units as needed
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- BLS and NRP certifications required
- Minimum 3 years of NICU nursing experience
- Experience with ventilators and central lines
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and multitasking skills
- Valid driver's license for radius verification

- Critical thinking and independent decision-making
- Effective communication with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to float between NICU, Mother-Baby, and L&D units
