Registered Nurse - LDRP
Location: Dickinson, North Dakota

End Date: 09-21-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, block scheduling, every third weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $81 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate one-on-one care to laboring mothers and their newborns
- Monitor and titrate critical medications including Magnesium and Oxytocin
- Support families through the beautiful journey of childbirth and postpartum recovery
- Collaborate with providers during C-sections to ensure safe deliveries
- Deliver expert neonatal care including CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow support
- Float to medical-surgical and emergency departments to lend a helping hand when needed
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Dakota or compact license
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
- Ability to pass required respirator fit testing
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong teamwork and independent decision-making skills
- Excellent communication with patients, families, and providers
- Comfort working in a rural setting with limited specialty services
- Proficiency with OB Trace Vue fetal monitoring system
- Experience with common L&D medications and drips
