Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
Monitor and document vital signs and patient status accurately
Assist with mobility, transfers and safe patient positioning
Support the nursing team with timely, clear charting and communication
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection-control protocols
Engage patients and families with empathy and clear information

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Class: CNA)
Active CNA credential in New Mexico (or eligible to obtain)
BLS/CPR certification preferred
Ability to pass standard background check and drug screening
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered mindset

Education

High school diploma or GED
Completed CNA training program and active certification

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and assistance with ADLs
Accurate vital signs measurement and basic clinical observation
Infection control best practices and safety procedures
Comfortable with electronic documentation and charting
Safe transfer techniques and proper body mechanics
Compassionate bedside manner and clear communication
