Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct care to residents including bathing, dressing and mobility assistance
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly
Assist with meals, feeding and ensuring residents are comfortable and safe
Follow infection control and safety procedures to protect residents and team members
Document care accurately and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team
Build trusting relationships with residents and their families, treating everyone with dignity and respect

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
CPR certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire
State-required documentation and ability to work in Pennsylvania
Comfortable providing hands-on care and working as part of a team
Background check and health screenings as required by facility

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care and basic nursing skills
Clear verbal and written communication with residents and team members
Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
Time management and ability to prioritize resident needs
Basic understanding of infection control and safety protocols
Compassion, patience and a positive attitude in a busy care setting
